Our users are amazed at how quickly they feel safe in our communities. That feeling is the most important one for our peer coaching to be really effective.

When you line up here, you will get invited into our peer coaching as soon as we know there will be someone there for you to peer coach with.

You can speed up your access by making sure you fulfill one of the following conditions.

1. Someone who is already on the platform states you (your email address) as someone they really want to peer coach with.
2. Friends or family apply as a free group, by stating your email address as referrer. Whenever we can let on more people, groups will be prioritized over individuals. (If you are an individual who find it hard to gather a group, this might.
3. Your work place applies for a Teams or Enterprise account.
4. Your profile fits one of the open peer to peer teams that other companies host on our platform. See a list here.

We will let you know as soon as there is a spot available for you on our peer-to-peer coaching platform. Once in a while, we will also send you insights that we think can help you improve your listening and coaching skills, even before you get in to our peer to peer coaching community.
